Refund policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's not what you were expecting or the style just isn't you—we will issue you a quick refund. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund within 90 days. If your item is defective, you have one year from the date of purchase to return it. Items must contain all original product packaging, tags and accessories or a 10% restocking fee may be charged.
If you're returning your item because it is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part, you will not be charged for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned items, and will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that personalized items, food and live plants are nonreturnable.
To return items by mail:
- Contact customer service
- If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund within 90 days
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service department or call us at 1-877-509-2956 before returning it. You may be required to provide images of the defect or damage so that we may better assist you.
- Prepare your return
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- When your package is ready do one of the following: For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer or drop it off at your nearest post office. For FedEX, please drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
- Refund the order
- We refund the returned merchandise within 8 business days of receiving the items. Refunds are in the form of the original payment, such as a credit card or PayPal. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
